南京长江隧道管片衬砌结构原型加载试验

Abstract:

?以南京长江隧道工程为依托,采用自主研发的“多功能盾构隧道结构体试验系统”装置,实现了对盾构隧道原型管片衬砌结构承受水压力与土压力的分离加载模拟,对南京长江隧道原型管片衬砌结构分别在通缝和错缝拼装方式下进行了原型加载试验。研究了不同荷载条件对管片结构力学特征的影响,并对不同拼装方式下管片结构的内力分布特点及错缝拼装方式下目标管片内力沿幅宽的分布规律进行了探讨。研究结果表明:在弹性状态下和结构开裂后,通缝和错缝拼装管片结构力学特征变化显著,错缝结构对于内力、形变及纵缝张开量等发生突变的控制更有效。
