新型碳纤维索股锚固体系理论与试验研究

Abstract:

?为实现对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)索股的科学锚固,促进CFRP索股在土木工程特别是桥梁工程中的应用,开发了复合式CFRP索股粘结型锚固体系,建立了复合式CFRP索股粘结型锚固体系计算理论和设计准则,并对该体系进行了优化设计;通过静载张拉试验对新型锚固体系的综合锚固性能进行了实测,并根据试验结果对设计计算理论的可靠性进行了验证。结果表明:新型锚固体系锚固区压应力分布更加合理,其分布较传统锚具有着根本性的变化;锚固区粘结应力沿轴向分布较传统锚具更加均匀,受荷端无应力集中现象,新型锚固体系能使各CFRP筋均匀受力,锚固效率系数超过95%。
