动力总成试验台架动态模拟技术

Abstract:

?为了在动力总成试验台架上动态模拟车辆在实际道路上的负载,建立了基于车辆实际运行工况的纵向动力学模型和台架系统动力学模型,计算出整车等效到主动车轮的惯量,辨识了台架系统传递函数,分析了基于逆动力学模型和前馈模型转速跟踪的2种控制方法,设计了基于前向模型的转速跟踪模型台架动态模拟控制算法。结果表明:在动力总成台架动态模拟控制中,利用前馈模型转速跟踪控制方法具有较高精度和较快响应速度,能够达到动态模拟实车工况负载的目的。
