Tourmaline改性沥青及其混合料热拌减排性能

Abstract:

?为解决沥青混合料生产使用过程中的污染问题,选用Tourmaline对沥青进行改性。采用自组装气体收集设备,从沥青种类、加热时间、沥青用量和搅拌速率4个方面确定沥青烟测试的最佳试验方案;在此基础上,全面研究Tourmaline类型、掺量对沥青烟浓度的影响规律,并进一步对热拌减排机理及Tourmaline改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究;最后通过拌和楼及试验路排放检测,对比测试了普通改性沥青混合料与Tourmaline改性沥青混合料的沥青烟排放情况。结果表明:Tourmaline对沥青及其混合料的拌和具有显著的减排功效;Tourmaline改性沥青电性能良好,在受到压力或者温度作用下释放的电荷可以吸附沥青烟、粉尘等污染物;Tourmaline的添加能够显著改善沥青混合料的路用性能;拌和楼及试验路排放检测证明Tourmaline改性沥青混合料的热拌减排功效显著。
