2种轮胎噪声测试方法的参数转换

Abstract:

?为了准确预测轮胎惯性滑行法噪声测试结果,缩短轮胎噪声测试周期,对惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法这2种轮胎噪声测试方法测试结果之间的定量转换关系进行了研究。由2种测试方法所得噪声数据的相关性分析,以及在半消声室进行实车条件下不同位置轮胎所发噪声的传播规律试验,得到了2种方法噪声测试数据之间的转换关系。研究结果表明:惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法噪声测试结果呈线性相关关系,通过实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据可以准确预测惯性滑行法的测试结果;对C1类单个轮胎的实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据,应用转换关系得到的惯性滑行法轮胎噪声声压级预测结果与实测结果误差在0.5dB之内。研究结果对缩短低噪声轮胎开发周期,降低开发成本具有现实意义。
