沥青路面功能性预养护材料的养护时机研究

Abstract:

?为研究功能性预养护材料的养护时机以提高沥青路面预防性养护的效益,选择了3种道路沥青,以压力老化20,40,60,80h模拟沥青胶结料的长期老化;同时对湖北省内5条不同使用时间沥青路面中沥青胶结料进行回收,对比研究了室内模拟老化沥青及回收沥青流变开裂因子、羰基面积因子的变化规律。研究结果表明:流变开裂因子与沥青胶结料的延度具有显著的线性关系,通过流变开裂因子可预测实际路面中沥青胶结料的延度值;延度值5~8cm可作为路面老化开裂的临界值,并可据此得到相应的流变开裂因子与羰基面积因子范围,可为路面预防性养护时机选择提供参考。
