爆胎车辆转向系统与垂直载荷瞬态响应特征

Abstract:

?为了降低高速行驶车辆爆胎带来的危险,分析了车辆在直线行驶中,转向轮胎爆胎后驾驶人的反应操作,结合转向系统的力学模型以及爆胎后轮胎的力学特性变化,研究了在轮胎纵向力作用下主销偏距上的转向力矩受力特性。根据整车动力学模型及爆胎轮心在垂直方向的位移突变,建立了爆胎车辆垂直载荷的运动学方程。通过仿真分析得到了各轮胎垂直载荷以及车辆转向系统的瞬态响应。结果表明:驾驶人采取制动减速的方式来控制爆胎车辆的车速,有可能造成转向盘产生瞬时逆转力矩,如驾驶人无法作出即时反应,车辆偏航将不可避免。
