温拌再生沥青混合料耐久性能

Abstract:

?为了使温拌再生沥青混合料(WRAM)在路面中更好地得以应用,采用老化试验、冻融循环劈裂试验和疲劳试验研究添加2种化学温拌剂的WRAM及热再生沥青混合料(HRAM)的耐久性能,并在老化试验中分别考虑短期及长期老化2种工况,评价老化后混合料的水稳定性能和低温抗裂性能。研究结果表明:短期老化后WRAM的抗拉强度比(TSR)较未老化时增加,而长期老化后WRAM的TSR值显著降低;与未老化WRAM相比,短期及长期老化后WRAM的最大弯曲拉应变均降低;随着冻融循环次数的增加,WRAM的TSR值总体呈下降趋势,但经受冻融循环3次后WRAM的TSR值急剧提高,冻融循环5次后WRAM的TSR值迅速降低;WRAM和HRAM的疲劳寿命对应力比变化的敏感性相近;添加2种温拌剂的WRAM耐久性能存在差异,但均优于HRAM。
