公路工程瞬态锤击检测技术

Abstract:

?为了实现刚性路面板脱空和路基压实质量的快速无损检测,提出了以瞬态锤击为特色的动态检测技术。简述了瞬态锤击检测技术原理,给出了瞬态振动信号的分析处理方法;针对瑞雷波相速度测试结果,借鉴物探中剥层法反演了路基剪切波速剖面;建立了4种路基土密度与剪切波速的数学模型,给出了剪切波法确定路基压实度的公式,从而实现了对路基压实度的波动检测;结合刚性路面的模态分析和模型试验结果,对路面瞬态振动信号进行了频谱分析,从而获得了路面板脱空状况信息。结果表明:路面板脱空严重时,其振动基频一般低于50Hz,对于支承良好的路面板,其振动基频通常大于200Hz。
