柴油ISG并联混合动力系统关键参数设计

Abstract:

?给出了柴油机启动发电机一体化(ISG)电机启动扭矩和最大功率这2个关键性能参数的设计方法。以曲轴系统运动学分析和倒拖试验相结合来设计启动扭矩;以驾驶循环统计分析来设计最大功率。最后以FordExplorerSUV车型为例给出了设计参数,并使用动力系统分析工具包PSAT软件进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明:在保持车辆原有动力性的情况下,安装了ISG混合动力系统的车辆油耗在城市循环时下降了35%,在高速循环时下降了27%。
