考虑管片环间接头效应的盾构隧道抗浮计算与控制分析

Abstract:

?为分析盾构隧道施工过程中的上浮问题,分别定义管片环间接头及上覆土产生抗浮作用为接头抗浮效应和上覆土抗浮效应。在考虑纵向螺栓预紧力和顶进千斤顶残余力产生的端面摩擦力,以及上覆土重力的前提下,分析了盾构隧道的抗浮计算式,并通过一具体实例对盾构隧道抗浮进行了计算。分析结果表明:该计算式将注浆压力、纵向螺栓的许用剪应力,以及上覆土的厚度联系起来,在上覆土厚度一定的条件下,能够计算出防止连接螺栓剪切破坏的最大注浆压力,在注浆压力一定的条件下,能够求出满足抗浮要求的最小上覆土厚度。
