基于圆盘挤压模式的磁流变液阻尼器特性分析

Abstract:

?提出了一种基于圆盘挤压模式的小位移磁流变液阻尼器模型,得出了挤压流动的微分方程,建立了Navier边界滑移条件和边界相容条件;利用双粘度本构模型,推导出挤压作用下不同位置的径向速度分布、径向压力分布,确定了牛顿流动区和宾汉流动区的分界面,计算了随着外加电流变化的圆盘挤压力的数学表达式。为了验证理论推导的正确性,按照发动机隔振系统的技术要求,设计制造了基于圆盘挤压模式的小位移磁流变液阻尼器,利用MTS8701电液伺服激振控制台进行了测试。结果表明:得出的试验阻尼力与理论阻尼力基本符合,采用提出的分析方法来计算圆盘挤压力是可行的,该方法对挤压模式的磁流变液阻尼器设计有一定的参考价值。
