汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果的不确定度评定

Abstract:

?为了对超声波油耗仪测试质量进行定量评价,并验证研发的汽车超声波油耗仪的测试性能,进行了汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果的不确定度评定。基于超声波时差法的汽车油耗测试数学计算模型,确定了汽车油耗测试结果不确定度的来源。对油耗仪测试结果的不确定度分量进行分析与计算,并对油耗测试不确定度进行合成,得到汽车超声波油耗仪的扩展不确定度为0.806%。研究结果表明:研发的汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果离散性小,测试质量好,能满足汽车油耗测试要求,可为研发高测试精度的汽车油耗仪提供参考和借鉴。
