基于细观尺度的沸石沥青结构分析

Abstract:

?为了解沸石温拌沥青混合料的温拌机理,针对沸石-沥青的细观尺度结构体系开展研究。采用动态纳米粒度分析仪、扫描电镜和压汞法分析了3种沸石材料细度、细观形貌及孔道特征。采用体视显微镜和工业X-rayCT技术对3种沸石温拌沥青结构中气泡的二维及三维分布进行了定量分析,提出沸石沥青中气泡分布的特征参数,进而建立了沸石性质与气泡分布特性参数的关系。研究结果表明:合成沸石较天然沸石具有大孔隙数量多、孔容大和内比表面积小的特点;沸石水在沥青中产生的气泡呈现出“上多下少、上大下小”的分布特点;沥青温度升高,气泡数量减少,但体积百分率增加;中位孔径小、中孔和大孔多的沸石有利于温拌过程中气泡的形成,可提高温拌效果,而沸石中超大孔比例多则不利于气泡的形成,对温拌效果贡献较小。
