生物柴油可压缩性计算及其对燃烧与排放的影响

Abstract:

?为了研究生物柴油可压缩性对单缸柴油机燃烧与排放的影响,在不同燃油温度与压力条件下,计算生物柴油的密度、声速、弹性模量与可压缩性;采用台架试验手段研究不同生物柴油可压缩性对柴油机燃烧与排放的影响,对燃烧压力、放热率、排放(HC,CO,NOx,碳烟)进行对比分析。研究结果表明:温度增加导致生物柴油密度、声速、弹性模量降低,可压缩性增强;生物柴油可压缩性的增强导致燃烧滞后,且峰值燃烧压力及峰值放热率降低;1500r·min-1转速下,与0.49GPa-1相比,0.53,0.57,0.64GPa-1下的CO排放分别平均增加5.6%,36.1%和41.7%,HC排放分别平均增加12.2%,30.1%和70.3%,碳烟排放分别平均增加54.2%,100.0%和125.0%,NOx排放分别平均降低6.1%,13.0%和23.2%;可压缩性对生物柴油燃烧与排放规律的影响显著。
