基于载荷和滑移率的客车制动力分配控制算法

Abstract:

?为了解决客车在不同载荷下的制动安全性问题,提出一种客车电控制动系统制动力分配控制算法。通过确定制动踏板行程与整车目标制动减速度的对应关系,计算整车载荷信息并根据前、后轴载荷转移情况合理分配各轴制动力。同时,观测各车轮的滑移率并适当地调节制动力,防止由于前、后车轮滑移率的差值过大而影响整车制动稳定性。通过客车电控制动系统硬件在环试验台对所研究的控制算法进行试验验证。试验结果表明:研究的制动力分配控制算法可保证制动踏板行程与整车制动减速度呈对应关系,不受载荷变化的影响;采用载荷控制和滑移率反馈的制动力分配控制算法可在典型制动工况下保证整车制动安全性和舒适性。
