基于遗传算法的液罐车侧倾稳定性模型

Abstract:

?为了研究液罐车罐体几何尺寸对整车侧倾稳定性的影响,基于准静态方法建立了椭圆形截面罐体内液体晃动的质心运动和整车倾覆力矩求解方程,并推导出液罐车侧倾响应动力学方程,将2种方程进行联合仿真,得到液罐车侧倾响应动力学模型。以不同充液比的液体质心高度和整车倾覆力矩为优化目的,运用改进型遗传算法对液罐车罐体进行优化。结果表明:椭圆形液罐车的侧倾稳定性较圆形截面更好;椭圆形截面液罐车罐体的最优几何尺寸为长轴1.64m,短轴1.2m;最优椭圆截面尺寸液罐车的侧倾稳定性较其他尺寸液罐车有所提高。
