基于风险评估技术的城市快速路多匝道协调控制时机研究

Abstract:

?为了避免城市快速路通道内多匝道协调控制过晚导致的大面积交通拥堵,保证交通流长时间顺畅,对多匝道协调控制时机进行了研究。采用通道交通状态突变来表征交通流的不稳定性,再利用风险评估技术集成网络交通流量和交通流不稳定性2个关键元素,构建了确定控制时机的模型,并提出了相应的网络交通流稳定性控制指标(ProductionStability,PS),其相应的控制时机模型通过实际交通数据进行了验证。结果表明:当通道上累积车辆数达到PS指标阈值时即为通道匝道控制时机;PS指标既可保持通道具有较高的网络交通流量,又可保持通道交通流的稳定性。
