焊角形状及尺寸参数对客车接头强度的影响

Abstract:

?为了给全承载式客车接头焊角的设计提供参考,以某全承载式客车车身整体模型为载体,首先通过对比焊角接头模型的有限元分析与试验结果,验证了建模方法的有效性。然后根据整车梁单元模型的强度分析结果,选取2处应力较高的接头结构作为研究对象;利用梁-壳混合方法建立不同形状及尺寸参数的焊角接头超单元模型,并将其嵌入车身整体梁单元模型。最后通过分析接头结构在车身整体满载弯曲、左前轮悬空及右前轮悬空3种典型工况下的结构强度,研究了焊角的形状及尺寸参数对接头局部强度的影响规律。结果表明:当焊角边长接近接头的杆件截面尺寸时,接头结构的最高应力下降到极值附近;焊角厚度以2mm为宜,继续增大时对接头结构的应力水平无明显改善;圆弧形焊角对接头结构的加强能力明显强于三角形焊角。
