干式DCT预换挡过程分析及拨叉轴位置伺服控制

Abstract:

?基于自主开发的6速干式双离合变速器(DCT),在分析其预换挡过程特殊性的基础上,提出了提前接合目标挡位离合器以减小同步器两端转速差的协调控制策略和拨叉轴位置伺服控制策略,以改善DCT预换挡品质。首先,细化了DCT预换挡过程,对干式DCT预换挡过程换挡阻力进行了计算,提出了提前接合目标挡位离合器以减小同步器两端转速差的协调控制策略;其次,提出了基于模糊PID及拨叉轴目标位置闭环跟踪控制策略。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了DCT预换挡过程仿真模型并进行了仿真和台架验证试验。结果表明:所提出的控制策略相对于未提前接合目标挡位离合器的控制策略,预换挡时间缩短43%,同步器滑摩功减少85.34%;预换挡执行机构可以准确跟踪上层控制策略确定的拨叉轴目标位置,证明上层控制策略有效。
