公路膨胀土路基变形预测与控制方法

Abstract:

?为了给公路膨胀土路基设计与施工提供参考,对膨胀土路基变形计算、压实控制和刚度补偿方法进行了研究.分别对3种膨胀土进行了一维有荷膨胀试验,依据试验结果和膨胀土路基湿度平衡规律,提出了膨胀土湿胀变形数学模型和膨胀土路基变形计算方法;针对常规压实控制方法对膨胀土路基的不适用性提出了以最大承载力为目标的膨胀土路基压实控制方法;以双层弹性体系和弹性半空间弯沉等效为原则,提出了膨胀土路基刚度补偿设计方法.结果表明:湿胀变形数学模型能较好反映膨胀变形极限性质和湿胀变形规律;加州承载比随初始含水率变化曲线峰值所对应的含水率接近膨胀土天然含水率与路基平衡含水率,以此作为膨胀土路基压实控制含水率能有效控制路基工后湿胀变形,并保持足够路基承载力;通过在膨胀土路基顶部加铺一定厚度的非膨胀性填料可使其满足路面对路基的刚度要求.
