复合功率分流式e-CVT结构优化及验证

Abstract:

?为了提升传统自动变速箱的运行效率,基于拉威挪行星齿轮系设计了结构紧凑的新型复合功率分流装置,推导了该功率分流装置的运动学和动力学关系式.通过集成并匹配两电机,构成了新型电子式无极变速器,应用杠杆法对其进行结构等效简化,并对其电功率分流特性和系统传动效率进行了分析,提出了增加两制动器的结构优化方案.建立了搭载该变速箱的混合动力系统数学方程,应用等效杠杆模型对系统的工作模式和控制策略进行分析,并利用离线仿真对结构优化前后的整车动力性和燃油经济性进行了对比验证.研究结果表明:采用优化方案后,系统增添了发动机直驱模式和3种纯电动模式,使得其动力性和经济性分别提升了8.6%和5.6%.
