基于反向车道与冲突消除的疏散网络优化设计

Abstract:

?为提高城市路网在应急事件下的疏散效率,综合运用反向车道与冲突消除2种应急交通组织措施对疏散网络进行优化设计.研究了2种控制策略的衔接方案,建立了基于反向车道与冲突消除的联合优化方法,并根据疏散节点特性细化为交叉口优化和快速路优化2类;提出了网络过饱和度的概念以量化疏散交通负荷程度,构建了网络总疏散时间与网络过饱和度综合最优的双层规划模型,并设计了基于禁忌搜索算法的求解算法.结果表明:基于反向车道与冲突消除的联合优化方法在过饱和疏散网络路段通行能力与交叉口通行效率上有较好的优化效果,且将网络合流冲突数控制在一个较小值,能够实现疏散效率和合流冲突点的综合最优.
