中小跨径板式橡胶支座梁桥新型隔震系统

Abstract:

?为了解决中国采用板式橡胶支座中小跨径桥梁梁体移位震害严重的问题,在分析汶川地震中这类桥梁横桥向震害现象及破坏过程的基础上,总结板式橡胶支座摩擦试验及X形板弹塑性挡块拟静力试验成果,提出了中小跨径板式橡胶支座梁桥横桥向新型隔震系统.该隔震系统由板式橡胶支座和X形板弹塑性挡块组成,强震作用下通过板式橡胶支座滑动效应和X形板弹塑性挡块屈服减小地震能量输入,同时利用X形板弹塑性挡块传力可靠、滞回耗能能力稳定等特点,控制墩梁相对位移.选择一典型板式橡胶支座简支梁桥为研究原型,对采用新型隔震系统的简支梁桥抗震性能进行了振动台试验验证.结果表明:地震过程中新型隔震系统可大量耗散地震能量,有效控制墩梁相对位移,同时控制传递至下部结构的地震力,确保桥墩及基础免受严重损伤.
