公交专用道优化设计的双层规划模型

Abstract:

?为了实现公交专用道科学规划与布局,对城市公交专用道的优化设计问题进行了研究.考虑专用道的规划布局对出行者出行路径选择行为的影响,将该问题抽象成一个双层规划模型进行研究.上层模型以路网系统效益最优为目标进行公交专用道的优化布局;下层模型针对小汽车和公交客流分别建模,在优化后的路网上进行相应的客流分配,其分配结果又会影响专用道的优化设计.然后采用遗传算法对该双层模型求解,并给出了具体求解流程图.最后利用北京市部分区域路网对该方法进行应用.研究结果表明:建立的公交专用道双层优化模型能够在保证交通系统利益最大时实现专用道的优化布局.
