Superpave体系级配设计关键技术分析与VMA曲线预测

Abstract:

?为了发展沥青混合料配合比设计原理,基于空隙率VV和矿料间隙率VMA计算公式推导获得了油石比Pa预估公式及沥青含量Pb与Pa之间的近似线性关系,采用数学推导与数据计算的方法,建立了Pb与VV之间的关系式;通过对Pa预估公式进行变换得到了VMA的新公式;基于VV与Pa之间的负幂律关系,建立了VMA曲线预测新方法.研究结果表明:Superpave体系中沥青含量预测公式体现的是平均意义上Pb与VV之间的一种近似线性关系;Superpave给出的VMA估算公式是多余的,其计算结果也不准确,可由推导的VMA新公式来代替;仅利用初始沥青含量的制件结果即能进行VMA-Pa或VMA-VV曲线预测.
