Abstract:

?Anadaptiveoutputfeedbackneuralnetworktrackingcontrollerisdesignedforaclassofunknownoutputfeedbacknonlineartime-delaysystemsbyusingbacksteppingtechnique.Neuralnetworksareusedtoapproximateunknowntime-delayfunctions.Delay-dependentfiltersareintroducedforstateestimation.Thedominationmethodisusedtodealwiththesmoothtime-delaybasisfunctions.Theadaptiveboundingtechniqueisemployedtoestimatetheupperboundoftheneuralnetworkreconstructionerror.BasedonLyapunov-Krasoviskiifunctional,thesemi-globaluniformultimateboundedness(SGUUB)ofallthesignalsintheclosed-loopsystemisproved.Thearbitraryoutputtrackingaccuracyisachievedbytuningthedesignparametersandtheneuralnodenumber.Thefeasibilityisinvestigatedbyanillustrativesimulationexample.
