MultivariableIntelligentDecouplingControlSystemanditsApplication, PP. 123-131 Keywords: Neuralnetworkdecouplingcontrol,intelligentdecouplingcontrolsystem,coal-pulverizingsystems Abstract: ?Manyindustrialprocesseshavecompositivecomplexitiesincludingmultivariable,strongcoupling,nonlinearity,time-variantandoperatingconditionvariations.Combiningmultivariableadaptivedecouplingcontrolwithneuralnetworks,thispaperpresentsamultivariableneuralnetwork-baseddecouplingcontrolalgorithm.Thiscontrolalgorithmisintegratedwithdistributedcontroltechniqueandintelligentcontroltechnique,andathree-leveledintelligentdecouplingcontrolsystemconsistingofbasiccontrollevel,coordinatingcontrollevel,andmanagementanddecisionlevelisdeveloped.Theconfigurationandfunctionofthecontrolsystemarediscussedindetail.Thissystemhasbeensuccessfullyappliedinballmillpulverizingsystemsof200MWpowerunits,andremarkablebenefitshavebeenobtained.
