基于小波包能量分析的开关磁阻电机功率变换器故障诊断

Abstract:

功率变换器在开关磁阻电机(switchedreluctancemotor,SRM)系统中占有极其重要的地位,也是系统中最容易发生故障的薄弱环节。功率变换器故障将导致电机运行于非平衡状态,长时间运行可能会导致电机和其他模块损坏,使系统完全丧失工作能力。以SRM不对称半桥型功率变换器为研究对象,采用对相电流进行小波包分解的方法,对功率开关管短路和开路故障进行分析和研究。提出以小波包节点能量离散度作为故障特征量,通过判断故障前后相电流节点能量离散度的变化情况,判断功率变换器发生的故障类型并准确定位故障桥臂。通过仿真与实验的对比分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
