多电网调峰的水火核电力系统网间出力分配方法

Abstract:

在大电网平台下,利用优质电源对多个电网进行资源优化配置是缓解中国电网调峰压力的一种重要途径。由于单一电站甚至机组通常担负向多个省网送电任务,且受制于差异极大的不同省(市)级电网负荷、受电量等因素,给电站同时响应多电网负荷调节需求造成很大困难。以华东电网为背景,提出3种以调峰为控制目标的电站网间出力分配方法。前两种方法基于对电网余荷的全时段统一评价和峰谷分段评价策略,建立了不同的二次规划模型;方法三引入负荷相对排序策略,以各电网面临时段负荷在其负荷序列中的高低作为启发信息,进行出力分配。通过华东电网直调电站群模拟调度表明,3种方法都能切实解决电力系统网间出力分配问题,给出满意的多电网调峰结果。
