循环流化床高浓度富氧燃烧试验研究

Abstract:

在0.1MW循环流化床富氧燃烧试验系统上,进行了大同烟煤在O2/再循环烟气(RFG)和O2/CO2配气下的高浓度富氧燃烧试验,研究燃烧温度和气氛对燃烧稳定性、烟气中CO2浓度和气体污染物排放的影响。研究结果表明,O2/RFG气氛下,在一次风氧气浓度为49.6%~55.2%、二次风氧气浓度为45.3%~51.7%范围内,循环流化床能够稳定运行,烟气中CO2浓度达到90%以上,SO2浓度为87~197mg/MJ,N2O浓度为48~78mg/MJ,NO仅为19~44mg/MJ。与O2/CO2配气燃烧相比,O2/RFG燃烧时除NO浓度基本不变外,CO与SO2浓度均有一定程度的增加,而N2O浓度则明显降低。
