基于IEC61850的变电站自动化系统安全风险评估

Abstract:

基于IEC61850的变电站自动化系统(substationautomationsystem,SAS)是SAS的发展方向。变电站安全问题日益突出,对SAS开展安全风险评估十分必要。提出了基于功能分解的SAS安全风险评估方法,依据IEC61850建立基于功能分解的安全风险评估模型,对SAS系统和功能进行数学语言描述,将SAS安全风险划分为“系统风险”和“功能风险”。给出了功能失效概率计算方法,并引入逻辑连接价值、逻辑节点价值和功能价值概念以度量功能失效后果损失。建立了功能风险等级9级评定方法和基于层次分析法的系统风险综合方法。最后以T1-1型变电站SAS为例验证了方法的可行性和适用性。
