计及线路路径优化的空间电网规划

Abstract:

针对传统电网规划方法难于有效计及复杂路径及环境成本的问题,基于栅格化三维地图,以设备投资成本和运行费用综合最小为目标函数,考虑传统电网规划约束和线路路径优化约束,建立了考虑路径优化和变电站选址的空间电网规划模型。该模型是一个复杂的混合整数非线性规划模型,将其分解为考虑变电站选址的电网规划上层问题和线路路径优化下层问题,并提出适合求解该模型的遗传算法和动态规划法相结合的混合优化算法,该混合优化算法在采用遗传算法解决网架结构优化和变电站选址优化的同时,将动态规划法嵌入到遗传算法中,求解线路路径优化问题,为了提高计算效率,在遗传算法中引入了记忆体结构,IEEEGraver-6节点算例,IEEE118节点算例和一个实际电网算例的结果验证了模型和算法的有效性。
