多阶段协调的风险调度模型及算法研究

Abstract:

为对预防控制和校正控制进行合理协调,降低系统的运行风险,对“故障前-故障后至实施校正控制前-校正控制”3个运行状态均予以考虑,提出一种多阶段协调的风险调度方法(multistagecoordinatedriskdispatch,MCRD),构建MCRD的数学优化模型,并给出基于Benders分解的求解算法。算例分析表明,MCRD通过在调度模型中施加风险协调约束,能够有效协调预防控制和校正控制,并根据不同天气状态给出低风险且经济性合理的调度方案,可为调度员运行决策提供重要参考。
