一种零电流转换H6结构非隔离光伏并网逆变器

Abstract:

非隔离型单相光伏并网逆变器的漏电流和效率是两个关键指标。非隔离型并网逆变器相比隔离型结构有效率优势,但到目前为止,非隔离型并网逆变器的高频开关仍然工作在硬开关状态。提出一种零电流转换H6结构非隔离光伏并网逆变器,通过引入两组谐振支路可以实现高频主开关的零电流关断,及高频辅助开关管的零电流开通。详细分析了新型逆变器的工作模态、软开关条件、占空比约束条件和谐振参数设计方法,并通过一台50kHz、1kW原理样机验证新型逆变器的可行性。
