广域后备保护通信模式及其性能评估

Abstract:

良好的广域通信系统(wideareacommunicationsystem,WACS)对广域后备保护(wide-areabackupprotection,WABP)正确、快速地切除电网故障具有至关重要的作用,但目前的广域通信系统不能很好地满足WABP的需求。该文针对中国电力通信网,根据WABP的广域通信特点,研究了WABP的通信模式,包括广域通信服务模型和通信网络。在通信服务模型方面,继承了IEC61850标准,并提出了减小广域通信流量的措施。
