宏微运动一体化压电直线电机驱动电路设计

Abstract:

宏微运动一体化压电直线电机能实现大行程高速宏观运动和小行程高分辨率微观运动。针对宏微运动一体化压电直线电机对驱动信号的要求,设计了一种驱动电路。该驱动电路由单相桥式晶闸管整流电路、半桥DC-DC开关电路,2相逆变桥电路和TMS320F28335控制器组成。控制器产生晶闸管触发脉冲和2路PWM信号分别控制桥式晶闸管整流电路和半桥DC-DC电路输出直流电压(0~±1000V)。直流电压经过2相逆变桥电路变换成电机宏运动所需的准正弦驱动信号或微运动所需的正负直流驱动信号。实验结果表明,该驱动电路能输出理想的正弦信号驱动电机稳定运行,其输出电压与驱动频率均可进行独立连续调节;能够使电机两端直流电压极性和电压幅值(0~±1000V)任意变化,满足微运动驱动需求。
