计及机会维修的系统状态检修决策模型

Abstract:

设备状态检修背景下,针对系统状态检修决策中未考虑设备随机故障情景的处理(机会维修),使其偏离实际的问题,在电网状态检修研究基础上,将设备随机故障情景的处理融入其中,并实时关联设备性能,建立计及机会维修的系统状态检修决策的数学模型。该模型依据系统运行中设备间的关联性,形成关联集,以关联集为单位进行检修决策,在此基础上,利用更新过程理论,给出计及机会维修时随设备检修时机变动的关联集可用度的求解方法。进一步,为有效反映设备检修与系统运行间的牵制关系,建立系统检修风险和故障风险的数学表达。最后,以系统检修风险和故障风险之和最小为目标,计及检修资源等约束,构建系统状态检修的数学模型,并通过算例对该模型的可行性和有效性进行了验证。该研究使系统状态检修理论得以进一步深入。
