一种双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻飞轮电机控制系统

Abstract:

该文研究一种双定子型磁悬浮开关磁阻飞轮电机。该电机采用内-外双定子结构,内定子上单独设置悬浮力绕组,外定子上单独设置主绕组。在结合基本结构说明其电动/发电运行原理的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型,研究了系统的控制策略。该电机集传动与径向悬浮功能于一体,可省去径向磁轴承,使飞轮系统结构更紧凑;并且主绕组和悬浮力绕组的耦合很小,可独立控制,可减小系统的控制难度;通过主绕组电流可实现电动/发电运行状态的平滑切换,当主绕组电流大于零时,电机工作在电动状态;当主绕组电流小于零时,电机工作在发电状态。有限元分析和实验结果验证了所提方案的可行性和正确性。
