基于归一化温度延伸裕度控制策略的温控设备需求响应方法研究

Abstract:

需求响应是由需求侧管理技术发展而来的一种智能用电调控技术,得到越来越多关注。该文针对需求侧典型温控设备(thermostaticallycontrolledappliances,TCA)—电热泵负荷,建立相应热力学动态指数模型,并将单个电热泵设备调节室内温度相对于设定边界的差值定义为温度延伸裕度(temperatureextensionmargin,TEM),将单个设备的TEM与该设备运行温度区间的比值定义为归一化温度延伸裕度(normalizedtemperatureextensionmargin,NTEM),把NTEM和TEM分别用作可控设备排序指标和温度设定值调节量度;进一步,基于NTEM建立了一种温控设备需求响应控制方法。应用该方法,对电热泵群进行了需求响应仿真分析,并就控制效果与两种基于温度优先序列的控制策略进行了对比。仿真结果表明,基于NTEM的控制策略跟踪响应信号性能稳定、调节量少且响应误差较小,同时能较好维持用户舒适度。最后将新方法用于风电消纳,结果表明其具有良好的热储能特性,具有较广泛的工程应用前景。
