1000MW级机组电袋复合除尘特性三维数值模拟研究

Abstract:

利用计算流体软件Fluent6.3,基于标准的κ-ε双方程湍流模型对国内某电厂一台1000MW机组的电袋复合除尘器进行三维数值模拟,数值模拟的结果与现场实际情况吻合较好,验证了数值模拟结果的有效性。主要研究了烟气量、压降以及粉尘比电阻3个因素对电袋复合除尘器的除尘效率的影响作用。主要结论有:除尘效率随着烟气量的增加而降低。为了保证较高的除尘效率与滤袋的使用寿命,单台电袋复合除尘器合适的烟气处理量不应超过2300km3/h。除尘效率随着压降的增加而升高。1100Pa左右是合适的压降范围。除尘效率随着粉尘比电阻增大而降低。对于高比电阻的粉尘收集,应使比电阻越低越好,亦即应使温度尽可能降低些,126℃左右为合适的温度范围。
