螺旋线型特斯拉变压器谐振充电特性研究

Abstract:

利用暂态脉冲变压器和半导体开关产生纳秒快脉冲,是制作小型紧凑化的高频高压脉冲发生器的一种可行方案。与其他变压器相比,螺旋线型特斯拉变压器更容易实现高的输出变比。通过对特斯拉变压器谐振充电原理的分析,给出了其次级电压、峰值输出变比、初级电流及其最大变化率的理论表达式,并进行了相关分析。结合小型螺旋线型特斯拉变压器样机的研制和实验,对其次级电压、初级电流、峰值变比等重要特性及其影响因素进行了进一步测算和论证,讨论了初级回路半导体开关按电流特性选型的方法。研制样机利用在次级电容后串接火花间隙的方式,可以在6.0kΩ的负载电阻上输出变比超过100,上升沿约40ns的脉冲波形。
