Abstract:

针对电动汽车用内置式永磁同步电机(interiorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor,IPMSM)参数变化范围较大的问题,提出了一种基于改进型模糊逻辑控制器(fuzzylogiccontroller,FLC)的弱磁控制系统。针对电感参数变化,系统实时根据负载及速度调节d-q轴矢量电流,以保证调节后的电流矢量更符合电机实际参数。建立了50kW电动汽车用内置式永磁同步样机的系统仿真模型,并开发了基于TMS28335DSP的IPMSM弱磁系统的控制平台。实验结果表明,所提控制策略有效的提高了电动汽车用永磁同步电机参数变化时的转矩输出能力和系统效率。
