单动叶安装角深度异常对轴流风机性能及噪声影响的数值模拟

Abstract:

轴流风机动叶安装角调整漂移是导致电站非计划停机的主要故障之一。以带扩压器的OB-84型轴流风机为对象,采用Fluent对单叶片安装角发生不同程度同向和反向偏离时的风机内流特征、性能曲线和噪声变化进行了三维数值模拟。研究表明:异常动叶安装角的偏离值Δβ及其偏离方向对风机的性能曲线和噪声特征有明显的影响,动叶异常时对应的全压和效率值大都低于正常情形,而噪声则增强,且Δβ越大,其变化幅度愈显著;异常叶片扰乱了流场内的总压和噪声分布,随Δβ增加,其影响区域由相邻流道扩展至下游处的多个流道,并形成狭长的低压带和高噪带。
