微型湿空气透平循环性能实验研究

Abstract:

湿空气透平循环是新型动力循环的重要发展方向之一。基于某微型燃气轮机,构建微型湿空气透平(humidairturbine,HAT)循环原型实验系统,研究了满负荷和部分负荷下HAT循环的热力性能和NOx排放性能,分析后冷器对循环性能的影响。结果表明,相比回热循环微燃机,满负荷时微型HAT循环发电功率提高约23%,发电效率提高约18%,且随负荷降低,发电效率的相对增加值提高;各负荷下微型HAT循环NOx排放降低30%以上。同时实验还证实对于微型HAT循环,有、无后冷器时循环热力性能相当。
