Abstract:

电流环直接影响表贴式永磁同步电机(surfacepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor,SPMSM)伺服系统的电流波形和电磁转矩,使系统的动、静态性能变差。当系统运行工况变化使得电机电感饱和时,电流环中含有电感参数的解耦项就会失效。从合成矢量的角度出发,提出了一种同步dq旋转坐标系下无需电感参数的电流解耦调节器,实现了无电感参数解耦控制,改善了SPMSM系统的动态性能。另外,由于死区、电机制造工艺、磁场饱和等原因,电机电流中含有影响系统性能的5、7、11、13等低次谐波。提出了同步旋转dq坐标系下比例积分+比例谐振(proportionalintegral+proportionalresonance,PI+PR)的电流复合调节器,对低次电流谐波进行闭环调节,从而显著减小了谐波电流,改善了系统性能。仿真分析和实验结果均验证了该方案的可行性。
