五相容错双凸极发电机单相短路故障分析

Abstract:

对五相容错电励磁双凸极发电机(doublysalientelectro-magnetgenerator,DSEG)的结构特点进行了理论分析。研究了电机空载运行时短路相的自感和电势,分析了短路故障对其他相磁链和电势的影响以及发生短路故障时电机的整流输出电势。对电机在不同励磁电流下加载运行时发生单相绕组短路故障的外特性、功率特性以及短路电流进行了分析。在考虑电枢绕组电阻的情况下,对电机空载运行时在4个不同时刻发生单相短路故障时的磁场、短路相磁链和短路电流进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明:短路故障发生初始时刻,短路相磁链随着电机转子位置的不同而不同;经过54?电角度后,短路相磁链的最大、最小值和变化趋势与发生短路的时刻无关。最后通过对一台五相20/16-2结构DSEG样机进行实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。
