基于频域子空间辨识和集结理论的广域阻尼控制安装地点与控制信号选取

Abstract:

广域阻尼控制是抑制大电网低频振荡的重要手段,决定广域阻尼控制效果的关键是控制地点和广域控制信号的选择。为实现大型互联电网广域控制地点和控制信号的有效、合理选择,提出一种基于频域子空间辨识和集结理论的大电网广域控制安装地点与控制信号选取新方法。首先,将系统的可控可观性进行量化,以实现不同类型输入输出变量的可观性和可控性的量化分析;然后,使用集结理论得到便于测量的控制器可观可控综合指标,用降阶集结模型代替原系统进行广域控制安装地点与控制信号选取,基于集结模型的方法能够方便进行实测,更利于在大型电力系统中应用;最后,提出基于频域子空间辨识的大电网广域控制安装地点与控制信号选取方法,该方法应用频域子空间辨识理论完成量化指标的测量与计算,整个过程便于工程实现。通过实际电网的实例验证了该文方法的有效性及在实际电网中应用的可行性。实例分析表明,所提方法更加有利于工程实现,可应用于实际大型互联电网的广域控制器设计中。
