交流工作电压下染污方式对220kV复合绝缘子覆冰及闪络特性的影响

Abstract:

为研究交流工作电压下染污方式对复合绝缘子覆冰及电气特性的影响规律,该文在人工气候室内分别对两种染污方式下的220kV复合绝缘子进行了人工雨凇带电和不带电覆冰试验研究,分析了电场、染污方式和染污程度对220kV复合绝缘子覆冰和闪络特性的影响规律。结果表明:带电条件下染污方式和染污程度对绝缘子覆冰外观、覆冰重量、冰层电导率和水膜电导率均有明显的影响,覆冰闪络时电弧路径、颜色和直径也存在一定的差异,导致带电覆冰时覆冰水电导率法(icing-water-conductivitymethod,IWCM)下的闪络电压高于不带电时,而固体涂层法(solid-layermethod,SLM)下则刚好相反;两种染污方式间的等价性关系与覆冰期是否带电有明显的关系,在相同的盐密(saltdepositdensity,SDD)下,带电覆冰时其等效的覆冰水电导率(γ20)高于不带电时。
