中高频模块化多电平换流器阀损耗的精确计算方法与分析平台

Abstract:

针对模块化多电平换流器(modularmulti-levelconverter,MMC)阀损解析计算结果不准确以及采用详细电磁暂态仿真计算耗时大的问题,本文提出一种利用MMC快速仿真模型精确计算中高频MMC阀损的计算方法。推导了利用MMC快速仿真模型精确计算MMC阀损的方法,提出MMC阀损的快速评估平台,并通过MMC详细开关模型与快速模型阀损计算结果比较验证了所提出的MMC快速计算模型阀损计算的准确性。而后对201电平MMC在50~1000Hz运行频率下的损耗进行了计算和对比,拟合了MMC阀损与有功功率以及MMC阀损与运行频率的关系。研究结果可以为中高频MMC的应用提供参考。
